About A. Johnson Plumbing & Heating

Our Story

Anthony Johnson founded our family-run company on what we call the milkman approach to customer care. That means showing up on time, knowing your name, and doing what's right for your home year after year.

We're based in Glenville and have grown to an 18-person crew serving homeowners across Greater Albany with residential plumbing, heating, and drain work. Upstate winters bring deep ground freezes and rapid temperature swings that punish household pipes, which is why we train our technicians continuously on regional installation practices. Our staff holds proper licensing, bonding, and insurance, and we maintain an active accreditation with the Better Business Bureau. Instead of making you wait around for delivery trucks, our vans carry complete repair parts and replacement units so we can finish typical jobs in a single visit. We treat your living room and basement just like our own.
